Where to find library material
Looking for books or journals at the Health Sciences Library? Confused about how access to library materials will be affected by construction in 2008? We are committed to providing high-quality service throughout the construction process. Electronic journals (wide range of years covered) |
1. Databases (e.g., PubMed, Ovid’s MEDLINE) provide the most convenient journal access for most types of questions. (Also consider using resources on the complete list of HSL databases or Columbia University databases). or 2. Search CLIO (http://clio.cul.columbia.edu) to check for electronic access of a specific journal, or check relevant Columbia e-journals lists (http://library.cpmc.columbia.edu/hsl/ejournals.html). |

1. Check whether a different Columbia University Library holds a copy by searching the title in CLIO (http://clio.cul.columbia.edu). Then, request material from any Morningside Heights library via the HS-Morningside delivery service: http://www.columbia.edu/cu/lweb/requestit/hsl_morningside.html 2.
