Library Departmental Liaisons
Each School/Program at the Health Sciences campus has a designated
library liaison (listed below). Library liaisons assess the library and
information needs of the departments and develop services in support of
each department's specific requirements. Furthermore, library liaisons
are there to ensure that faculty and students are informed about the
Library's resources and services, and knowledgeable on how to access and
use them.

These
librarians provide the following specialized services to their department(s):
- Subject-specific
database searches
- Specialized reference assistance and training
- Customized library instruction
- Library orientations
- etc.
- For Faculty: As you put together your curriculum
for the next session, you are encouraged to contact your department's library
liaison if you wish to arrange a library instruction session tailored to
your class.
- For Students: If you wish to arrange a personalized
training session, you are encouraged to coordinate with your classmates
and contact your library liaison once you have 3 or more students who are
interested in attending the session. Appointments for individual consultations can also be made.
