Lower Level 1 group study area

The new study and collaboration rooms in Lower Level 1 can be booked online.  Use the following link to login to the room booking site.  (UNI authentication is required.)

Once you log in online help is available if you need it. If you have any questions about room bookings email us at hs-library@columbia.edu or visit the reference desk.

Rules for the Group Study Rooms

  1. Be respectful of groups coming after you. Clean up the room, return any furniture moved, and leave promptly by the end of your reservation.
  2. Group Study Rooms are for group study only. Individuals using group study rooms may be asked to leave.
  3. Groups Study Rooms are for student use only. Please, no faculty conferences.
  4. The maximum length of a reservation is 2 hours. Reservations may be made through the end of the current semester.
  5. If you notice any problems with the group study spaces, please let the Library Circulation desk know. If it is an emergency, please contact Public Safety.
