elsewhere; The Cochrane Controlled Trials
Register - Bibliographic information on

BEST BETS - BEST EVIDENCE TOPICS
An evidence based medicine database. BET
component features clinical scenarios in
Emergency Medicine and some other
disciplines. It contains clinical answers
to clinical questions on the basis of best
evidence from searched literature. Each BET
features clinical scenario, structured
answerable question, search strategy, found
studies and conclusions derived from the
found evidence. Critical Appraisal
component contains critical appraisals of
published literature. BETs and CAs can be
submitted by interested clinicians, but
have to go through a simple approval
process.
