CLINICAL EVIDENCE
BMJ Publishing Group..  "Clinical Evidence Online is a regularly updated, fully searchable directory of evidence on the effects of common clinical interventions. It contains summaries of the latest research evidence on the effects of a wide range of treatments and preventative interventions. Clinical Evidence Online is updated every six months, and expanded to include summaries of the evidence on additional diseases, syndromes, and clinical questions."

COCHRANE LIBRARY (VIA WILEY)
Full text electronic publication/database published quarterly on the Internet and subscribed by Columbia University Health Science Library. Presents evidence in medicine found in multiple research studies such as clinical trials, etc. as a result of systematic reviews of clinical trials and other evidence-producing studies worldwide. The Cochrane Library includes: The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews - Regularly updated reviews of the effects of health care, Cochrane reviews are reviews mainly of randomized controlled trials.; Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effectiveness (DARE) - Critical assessments and structured abstracts of good systematic reviews published elsewhere; The Cochrane Controlled Trials Register - Bibliographic information on controlled trials; and Cochrane review methodology database (CRMD). Other sources of information on the science of reviewing research and evidence-based health care include HTA - Health Technology Assessment Database, EED - Economic Evaluation Database, etc. Cochrane Library is a searchable and browsable full text resource.

BEST BETS - BEST EVIDENCE TOPICS
An evidence based medicine database. BET component features clinical scenarios in Emergency Medicine and some other disciplines. It contains clinical answers to clinical questions on the basis of best evidence from searched literature. Each BET features clinical scenario, structured answerable question, search strategy, found studies and conclusions derived from the found evidence. Critical Appraisal component contains critical appraisals of published literature. BETs and CAs can be submitted by interested clinicians, but have to go through a simple approval process.

PEDRO - THE PHYSIOTHERAPY EVIDENCE DATABASE
CEBP.  PEDro is an initiative of the Centre for Evidence-Based Physiotherapy (CEBP). PEDro is the Physiotherapy Evidence Database. It has been developed to give rapid access to bibliographic details and abstracts of randomised controlled trials, systematic reviews and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines in physiotherapy. Most trials on the database have been rated for quality to help you quickly discriminate between trials which are likely to be valid and interpretable and those which are not.
