WISER - WIRELESS INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR EMERGENCY RESPONDERS (NATIONAL LIBRARY OF MEDICINE)
'WISER is a system designed to assist first responders in hazardous material incidents. WISER provides a wide range of information on hazardous substances, including substance identification support, physical characteristics, human health information, and containment and suppression advice.' Additional ePocrates resources are available for purchase (with a 35% discount for Columbia students), including enhanced drug information tool, disease and symptom reference, and diagnostics/lab reference.
